Review Model

RTIJTI uses a double-blind review process: author identities are withheld from reviewers, and reviewer identities are withheld from authors, throughout the review cycle. This reduces bias and ensures manuscripts are judged solely on their scientific merit.

Reviewer Decision Categories

AcceptManuscript is accepted for publication with no or only minor copy-editing changes.
Minor RevisionManuscript requires small clarifications or additions; a second review round is not usually required.
Major RevisionManuscript requires substantial methodological or analytical changes and undergoes a further review round.
RejectManuscript does not meet the journal's standards for originality, rigor, or scope fit.

Reviewer Selection

Reviewers are selected from our panel of subject-matter experts based on demonstrated publication record and topical alignment with the submitted manuscript. Reviewers with a conflict of interest, including recent co-authorship or institutional affiliation with any author, are recused from the assignment.

Appeals

Authors who believe a review decision was based on a misunderstanding of their manuscript may submit a formal appeal to the editorial office within 15 days of the decision, addressed to editor@rtijti.com.
